One workshop, Two opportunities

In this highly interactive and dynamic workshop, participants will

  • gain a deep understanding of American business practices, including marketing, sales, trust-building, decision making, management and communication.

  • use a personal assessment to compare their own communication style to typical American management preferences and develop personalized strategies for successful interactions with Americans, bridging often invisible cultural gaps.

Upon completing the workshop, participants will:

  • Increase Efficiency and Innovation Participants gain awareness of their own communication and management style, and learn strategies to leverage the Dutch American differences, resulting in more efficient and more innovative interactions

  • Prevent Misunderstandings and conflicts Participants become more aware of cultural differences and nuances, preventing misunderstandings and conflicts.

  • Communicate Effectively Participants learn to adapt their communication style to different cultures, improving their ability to convey their message clearly and be understood.

  • Improve Cooperation Participants gain skills in resolving differences that may arise due to cultural diversity, and learn how to prevent conflicts that may arise due to cultural differences

  • Improve Relationships Participants learn how to build trust and rapport with their American counterparts, fostering positive relationships.
